Business Information: We collect your business website URL, business description, advertising goals, target geographic region, and monthly advertising budget preferences.
Google Ads Data: We use the Google Ads API to manage advertising campaigns. Advertising performance data (impressions, clicks, conversions, cost) is collected through the Google Ads API, including:
- Campaign structure and settings
- Ad creatives (headlines, descriptions)
- Keyword targeting data
- Bid and budget configurations
Website Content Data: We analyze the content of the website URL you provide to extract information about your products, services, target audience, and value propositions. This data is used solely to create effective advertising campaigns on your behalf.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, IP address, browser type, and device information.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage advertising campaigns on Google Ads on your behalf
- Analyze your business website to generate effective ad strategies and creatives
- Optimize campaign performance using AI-driven analysis of advertising metrics
- Provide you with performance reports and insights in business-friendly language
- Process payments and manage your account
- Communicate with you about your account, campaigns, and service updates
- Improve and develop our platform and services
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms of service
4. Google Ads API Data Usage
Our use of Google Ads API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We only access Google Ads data that is necessary to provide and improve our advertising management services to you
- We do not sell Google Ads data to third parties
- We do not use Google Ads data for purposes unrelated to providing our services
- We do not use Google Ads data to build user profiles for advertising purposes outside of our platform
- Google Ads data is stored securely and access is limited to authorized personnel and automated systems that require it to provide our services
Campaign data accessed through the Google Ads API is used to create campaigns, monitor performance, and make automated optimization decisions (such as adjusting bids, pausing underperforming ads, and reallocating budgets). All automated decisions are logged and visible to you through the AI Decision Log in your dashboard.
5. Data Storage and Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and advertising data, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
- Secure authentication and access controls
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Data stored on secure cloud infrastructure with appropriate access controls
Your data is primarily stored on servers located in secure data centers. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services, and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and business purposes.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to provide our platform:
- Google Ads API: To create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on your behalf. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- OpenAI: To power our AI features including website analysis, ad creative generation, and strategy development. We send business information (website content, campaign data) to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI processes this data according to their data usage policies.
- Stripe: To process payments securely. We do not store your full credit card information — it is handled directly by Stripe.
- Vercel: For hosting our web application.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- With third-party service providers (listed above) as necessary to provide our services
- To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or government requests
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of Qutium, our users, or the public
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice to you
